I just activated my Rogers account yesterday and the guy at the store set up Rogers One Number for me. He gave me the password and sent me on my way. Got home, it wouldn't log in. So I changed my rogers password, but still Login failed. I really want to use this feature!! Please help.

Hello CaitlinShaw and NeilKH,

Have you been able to log into www.Rogers.com with that username and password?

Have you also tried the password reset option at the top of the www.RogersOneNumber.ca page?

thanks
