Hello, I bought Samsung TV out cables through ebay, but I get a blurry image when i turn on the tv settings. Were these blocked off on rogers ? Pls let me know if anyone has it working.
What kind of TV is it? Is it an HD tv? How do you have the TV hooked up to the cable? Do you have a digital box? Do you have an HD box?
