What happened to Bravo this afternoon??

Started watching the CSI marathon on Rogers Cable 40...Bravo today, and then for no apparent reason.....black screen!  Audio is present, but no video.  It's the only channel that's affected.

 

I have no HD, Digital, adapters or little black boxes.  Just straight cable to a very ordinary TV, and nothing changed with my converter settings.

 

Any ideas?
