Just fyi....this is a strange one - I got 3 dta's from rogers. In one of them, the sound for channel 26 was mute (regardless of which TV it was attached to). Every other channel was fine. I replaced it at a Rogers store (good service, no hassle, btw), and it works fine....
Hmm so clearly it was specific to that DTA. In the future though, it may not require a swap.
If you do the usual power reset and it still didn't work that would be the next resort, but before you even do the power reset try hitting LANG as that should resolve the issue.
If still no luck after that then swap.
