I am in the same boat as all of these people. I have had the super sports pack ever since I was tied sold on TV to get your highest internet package. (you need to have rogers TV to be eligible to get the highest internet package). I was happy with BELL's center ice package. I did not know about the NHL Gamecenter Live promotion (I had the super sports pack last year also). I am currenlty on an escalated phone call to ROGERS, regarding this issue. Is there anything you can do for me also?

Just an update, I just got off the phone with a manager regarding the Game Center Live code. The only thing she could tell me was that I need to email nhlgcl@rci.rogers.com. She said she doesn't know who handles that account, nor who in Rogers I can talk to etc.
I am really pissed off, considering I had perfect support at Bell and had to switch to Rogers TV to get the highest internet package (this should be illigal, tied selling is illegal in the financial industry, why not this industry?).
I am considering dropping all of my Rogers services over this. I was actually close to purchasing NHL Game Center live, thats how uninformed I was about me being eligible for the NHL GC code.
Please let me know what I can do. (I have sent off an e-mail to that account, i doubt I will receive a response.)

Still nothing. The NHL season is almost over. I gave up on Rogers fixing the firmware fiasco and my 2 fried HD PVRs with extenders, but getting me a code for GameCenter? Pathetic.

I too am very frustrated, noone can give me any information. I have sent 10 e-mails with no responses. I will be switching to Bell as soon as I can find another provider with a faster internet connection. Way to go rogers.

For those wondering about promotion codes for the shortened 2012-13 season, they are working on emailing those codes to subscribers this week, hopefully by tomorrow.
Seems they are backlogged. But really, how long does it take to send an email, sheesh. ![]()
