Anyone else not getting their promo/redemption code after subscribing to the NFL Sunday Ticket Online option? I called Rogers numerous times about this but they just keep refering me to neuonline, who say they don't give out the codes, Rogers does. Nobody at Rogers seems to know anything about it.

Have you received your code yet? You should receive it within 48 hours of signing up. Please let me know if you haven't received the code yet, and I will take further action.

I have also signed on for Sunday ticket online and never received a logon id, I emailed Rogers yesterday and they noted, I understand you wish to cancel your service (uh no ) They asked for my 1st and last name which were already provided Another delay and week without the service, I am disappointed in the service provided

Week 2 not being able to access a service we paid for. I assume Rogers will refund us for this?

Game time....and no games because I have not received any codes. No one at Rogers has a clue how to activate this service.
So much for that idea.
