Hi,
I was wondering if its possible to switch 2 Rogers number around. My mom have 2 and half year contract left on her account. She also have another number which my dad use and is not under any contract. What they want to do is move that contract and plan to her other number which my dad. It's basically switching the number on the same plan. The 2 numbers are in different account but under same name. Please help!

the only difference i made was
my post was detailed
the last 4 digit of my number is not even a telephone number thus there is no security risk
it is the same as putting xxxx and yyyy
its just 4 digits...

I have the same issue. I have spent 6 hours on the phone with 4 reps who said it could be one and the latest one who is adamant it can't be done. I acquired the phone and entered into the contract in reliance on the representation of a rep who assured me it could be done. I am in manager escalation mode, and may be on my way to president's office. I am a 15 year customer who is very very unhappy.
