Anyone else having issues modifying ringbacks through UR music? Every time I click "quick settings" it just tells me I have a $3 ringback bundle. Confuzzeled?

Having the same issue. I"m on a Mac and when I select manage my Ringbacks it links to the webpage but it just runs in a continuous loop over and over again and you can't even get to a point to log in in Safar 5.0.1...with Firefox version 3.6.6 it at least lets you look at the webpage, but you can't access anything nor change anything. Get the same message that I have the $3 bundle.
Ever since they 'upgraded' the service and took it back from the 3rd party provider its not worked and I can't make any changes. Even tried on my PC at work, but apparently IE 6 isn't supported. Can partially access from my iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1but again can't make any types of changes to my playlists.
I've called technical support and they are saying that only about 10% are impacted...however, depends on who you get with the last guy saying that they tried to roll it back to the old way...fixed it and everything is good now...except not so good. Even the last tech support guy couldn't get it to work on his on Rogers system......seems like its a low priority item...
Not sure what's more annoying that I can't access something that's worked fine since the first day I got it, or that they they've taken away Mac support. It's been almost two full weeks and no real response from Rogers. I really like the Caller Ring tunes, I pay for the service not sure why its taking so long to get fixed!!!!!!!!! COME ON ROGERS HELP!!!!!

I was able to mange it partly from the Mobile Link for Rinbacks. www.rogers.mobi:8080/ then you can manage it and even turn it off. It's what I figured out. You can even get to it with an iphone now.

Erin, The real question is what is Rogers doing to fix the larger problem. I can't access the Ringback from a Mac & PC running a whole variety of Browers. Now its not working at all when people call me. It's the most frustrating item. I've called and raised tickets but nothing seems to be happening. Do you have an ETA for any kind of fixes or at least giving us some refunds on the lack of service? While its nice you provided thelink to the page that advertises how great ringbacks are....for those of us with the service I can say it SUCKS right now. THis is supposed to provide some technical support and sending us to details on how ringbacks work and not how they will be fixed is frankly not helpful.

yes I am having the same problem. Rogers is charging me $3 every month for the service that is not working every time I go on the urmusic web page I don't even see the sign in space. so I don't know what is wrong and I have called rogers about 3 times and no answer.

i can't manage my ringbacks either, urmusic.ca/ringbacks, on my iphone, doesnt connect, on pc it says "secure connection failed" i want to be able to edit my contact ringbacks...i'm paying money for this service? getting disappointed!!

First off IE6 is a WAY outdated browser, I am a Mozilla guy but I think IE is like at 8 or 9 now if I am not mistaken. I got the $1 package on my account when I added the smartphone bundle or something, I thought it was a cool idea and it is but not really suited for a business phone. I had no issues at all logging into there site they asked for my phone number to send me a security number I entered it in and boom full control. If you are looking to remove ringbacks like I was just unassign all your ringbacks and it will use the standard "Ring Ring"

Ur music is NOT working in anyway! I spoke to several agents before being transfered to tech support and spent 2 hours on hold last night very greatful for speaker phone and Tv as entertainment and no agent ansered. I have tried to access Ur music since the website has changed and i have Never had any luck in accessing my Ringbacks.
My phone works fine in accessing ringbacks but you cant modify playlist.
I will spend another 2 hours tonight and i will let you know what the solution is .....![]()

Not to be mean or anything, especially on such an old issue, but frankly I hope the whole Ringback thing never works. I think it is extremely obnoxious of anyone to assume someone calling you wants to hear what you believe is something cool. Just let people who call you hear regular ringing.
