Rogers Email to SMS ?

[ Edited ]

Hi,

Was wondering if the Rogers Email to SMS has charges associated with subscribing to the service of being able to receive emails via SMS?? Would this just be a normal SMS charge and if you all ready have a package with unlimited sms messages would there an extra charge??

I tried to use the service and got the "Welcome to Rogers Email to SMS. You have mail, but are not subscribed; reply 'Yes' to this message to subscribe."

So plain and simple if I use this service is it included?

Re: Rogers Email to SMS ?

I just had yet another "GREAT ROGERS CUSTOMER EXPERIANCE" - spoke to 4 different people and got 8 diffrent answers and my phone call was dropped twice in process...

...eventually after requesting to talk to manager (it seems that this is only way to get any answers) here is what they have told me.

Email to SMS is additional $5 per month - it is not considered texting - having unlimited texting does not count.

hope that helps
