I'm foreigner. Can I buy to nokian N8 with unlocked?

I need just phone with unlocked. because I want traveling to any country.

 

Can I use it about 3G data in there?

Hey karistuck,

Any phones you purchase from Rogers will come locked to the Rogers network. It would then be up to you to find a way to have the phone unlocked if you wish. That is not a service Rogers provides.

 

As for 3G, the phone should work on the 3G network, providing you are in a 3G area.
