Cancellation fee to end contract.

I'm just wondering how much it costs to end my contract early.

You will need to call in for an answer to that question. It is based off your plan, remaining contract, etc. so its different for everyone.

Why cant we see online how long we have left on our contracts?  I have 4 phones and need to know when each one is ending.  I dont understand why it can't be available to see online???

This has been asked many times. I wish Rogers would offer this as well. I would love to see how many months i have left & how much it would be to cancel. I guess Rogers thinks its a lot of work but really its not.

The only way to find out is by calling Rogers & asking Retention on how long you have left or how much it would be to cancel with Rogers.

That's odd that the info isn't available in your online acct. info. On Fido, it shows your plan and the start date and end date. Should be easy for Roger's to do the same.

Does not matter. Fido is Fido. This is Rogers not Fido. Yes Rogers owns Fido but different Managers, owners & such.

I still believe Rogers should be able to add this tho. It seems like they really do not want to do a few things to make the customer happy.. Adding this feature will give every customer the insight on when they started & how long they have left with Rogers.
