I am too a Pay as you go customer, on My5. it started on Monday when i ran out of time talking to a number which is on My5. Topped up yesterday to call those numbers on my list, and im not down a few bucks. Now im reading that i'm not the only one. Took we a while too to figure out to pound 0 numerous times to actually talk top somebudy. I am not happy with this type of service, i am thinking of moving to another company just so i don't have to deal with these crooks at Rogers.

I've see cell services in europe, and i am disappointed. The time never expires there, u can call unlimited to same companies, and u still have signal in the darkest deepest crevices of the coutry, not like here where i can loose a signal simply by going around a corner. not impresed.

You can buy the Pay as you go vouchers at most stores including Walmart, The Source, Superstore and many other places. I buy the $100 voucher and then it is good for 365 days.

It depends which plan you are on but I am on one that is so much a minute for the first 5 minutes and then decreases so the $100 voucher lasts 365 days and I do not have to add any other money until I run out of minutes. I don't use it much so my balance carries forward to the next year when I top it up.

Yes, but if you only top-up with $10 your total amount will then expire one month from the time you topped up with $10

What he is saying is you cannot do this through the phone with your credit card.  I just tried it and even though this is presented as an option in the system when you press 1 for a $10 topup it comes back and says the minimum topup is $20.

Rogers is the worst telco I have ever dealt with.  The website is utterly incomprehensible, the service non-existent and everything they do is geared towards **bleep** the customer.  I'm happy to say goodbye to them.
