Get your number registered on the National Do Not Call List with the CRTC:

https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-eng

I hope that helps you.  :smileyhappy:

@BillJ

You are wrong my friend. When you sign up with a company they are ALLOWED to call you. The CRTC gives them the okay to call you & contact you for info or products from the company you signed up form. when you sign something then it becomes your own problems because you signed up with the company. The company has the right to call you & let you know about promos or upgrades ( not call you all the time tho)

@ katie1992. I suggest you speak to a retentions manager & get them to put the note on the account that you do not want them to keep calling you. Retentions will be able to make them stop.

Are they ONLY calling you for a upgrade for the phone? if that is the issue then they are allowed to because they see you are almost done your contract ( if that is the case) & they want you to stay with the company. Bell & Telus do the same exact thing. They will call you until you give in or you just cancel.

The Do Not Call list will not prevent rogers from calling you. This is not the intention of the DNCL.  However if you DO NOT want rogers to solicit you, they have their own internal marketing preferences, you can change them right on this web site, since you already log in to post on this wonderful message board, try going to the rogers.com log in if you aren't already, and go to MY ROGERS, you should see "update marketing permissions" under the PROFILE INFORMATION,  change it in there and apply, and your set.
