I just bought this phone last week. The phone itself works fine (well, everything I've tried thus far). However, on the home screen, the top area for a widget, just says "Waiting". I've searched for solutions to this, and have tried a few things that I found (soft reset, hard reset, updating software) but nothing has worked.
I emailed Nokia support. Their answer was to mail it to them for "repair". Annoying.
I was told today that Rogers support may be able to help, but I thought I'd check here first to see if anyone else has had this problem.
