I have followed the directions to the letter but for some reason while my stick is in and it says there is a connection, my LED light is solid red and the state i disconnected and my connect button is not solid! I am so frustrated! First I don't get the stick and get charged for it! Then I get it and it refuses to work!! Can anyone please help?
