if you live in rural area you dont have many chioces. I got my rocket hub 2 weeks ago . Speeds are much faster than my discontinued internet, the same one that Bell still offers! I got free rocket hub , told them to waive admin fees, which they did. I was offered a flex plan [bad], a 10gig-$40, a30gig-$60 plan. Opted for 30gig plan .First invoice totally screwed up, they charged me for everything!!! Had to make 3 calls to fix up invoice and I was on the wrong plan, which I hope they have fixed also.

The plan you opted for $60 30G is much better than what Rocket Hub subscribers are getting when they signed up. Now that Rogers has been secretly offering this plan it has added fire to the debate about the terrible fees they do charge. As for your screwed up invoice. Should that be a surprise? I don't think so. Whoever gave you the flex plan obviously didn't do their job in getting your plan to billing. It's another example of incompetence within Rogers.

I'm on the internet everyday and Im finding it a fortune. The rocket hub is much more expensive. I just got a bill for $81.00.  Before switching I paid every month 56.00 for unlimited use. Im already a little over 4g and I still have 23 days left. It'.s ridiculous and Im in for 2 years. I don't think I can afford two years.
