My company has a client that purchased the Rocket Hub device and has a security camera DVR they MUST be able to access from outside the local network. This requires opening ports on the firewall of the Rocket Hub (W35). We have to be able to access the command line interface to make said changes. Is there ANY information/documentation on this ANYWHERE? The device is NOT on the Rogers network and the client purchased the device outright, so there is no responsibility or liability on Rogers part. Assistance with this is of the utmost importance!
