We just recently got a rocket hub. Ever since we got it I haven't been able to connect to Black Ops zombies or multiplayer.
I have tried everything that is suggested on the internet like signing in with a new profile but nothing seems to work.
A lot of suggestions are changing the settings from NAT3 to NAT2 but I don't know how to do this with the Rogers Hub.
Anything I can try that would have to do with the hub?

a quick comment so you can get help with your problem: let us know which RocketHub hardware you own. Is it the Ericssen W35, or one of the Netcomm hubs?
Each is different, and troubleshooting the problem as well as implementing a potential solution will depend very much on which RocketHub hardware variant you are using.
