Hey Rogers,

I have an event coming up soon at the Days Hotel on Yorkland Bvld and i'm in need of a server provider for wifi for a SINGLE DAY...is that possible?

It's 10,000 square feet and my exhibitors need wifi.

If you do, how much would the prices go for?

Please use plain text.

@MmoFanaitc:

there is so much to say about your request that needs more information to be really meaningful.

In the first place, I sincerely doubt that Rogers is either interested or capable of meeting your needs for this kind of requirement.  In my opinion it quite simply is outside Rogers main area of interest/capability.

Secondly, although I think I can guess at what it is that you need, you really do not provide enough technical information to allow anyone to quote realistically on your requirements.

Thirdly, I would guess that the hotel at which you are doing your function already provides WiFi Internet access, and you may find that they might have their own ideas on how best to do what you want, and how much to charge for that service.  Their contract with you may in fact prohibit you from doing what you are requesting here.

Lastly, setting up something like this for one day is no different from setting it up for a week or a month.  But you still need to recover the setup costs, even if it is only one day.  And the setup, testing and provisioning of such an implementation will take a day or two, up front, even before your event commences.

I hope that the above comments inform you as to why the response to your posting here will quite likely be minimal to non-existant
