RocketHub games and applications Issue

Hi!

 

I had my rockethub install and work perfectly. When I came back this weekend, all my application and online games where block. (Unable to reach server) I also have a hard time navigating on the web getting mostly the followings error:

 

Bad Request
Apache Server at ml2intfe02.int.gprs.rogers.com Port 3128

 

and

 

This web page is not available
Google Chrome could not load the web page because www.rogers.com took too long to respond.

 

(www.rogers.com represent the website I was on when I cut and paste the error)

 

  • This happend on all computer in the house. (Both mac and pc)
  • The rocket hub wasnt updated and no configuration was change. (No one was here)

 

What I have done so far:

  • Disable windows firewall - no change
  • Test my app on a clean new windows 7 install (no anti-virus) - no change
  • Test with direct connection to the rockethub - no change
  • Call the tech support - They made me upgrade the firmware - no change
  • Use Google DNS server - no change

 

Can someone help me? Obviously someone change something on rogers network. I do not want to waste all weekend troubleshooting this. Shoudl I go straight to a fix IP and hope all will work out?

 

My Configuration

Hub: Neocomm RocketHub - Latest firmware

- SignalStrenght: Medium

 

Computer:

- Windows 7 64 bits - Latest update

- i7 quad core 3.4 ghz - no overclocking ... yet! =)

- 16 GB ram

- 1 TB SSD (Raid 0)

- 2x GTX 570 - 2 GB ram - SLI

- 3x 28" monitors

 

SpeedTest:

- Ping: 126ms

- Download: 4.57 mbps

- Upload: 1.07 mbps

 

Should be enough to surf.....

Hi RogersDarrell!

 

I was supposed to get a call from rogers in 3 business day. Sadly as of today I never got a call.

 

The situation is worst now. I lost most of the support to all HTTPS site. The fact also that I get Bad Request
Apache Server at ml2intfe02.int.gprs.rogers.com Port 3128 seem to point to a network issue. So even if I reinstall all computer in the house, I am afraid this wont be solved.

 

Games, Netflix, Banking, Video and such seem to be all affected.

 

I really loved Rogers and the Rockethub service. But as I do consume a lot (130$ a month / 1 560$ a year) i cant afford having something broken and no support for a month.

 

Any chance someone can give me a hint on who I should talk to raise my case at rogers so it could be fix quickly? I really want to stay as a clients. The first week the service was perfect!
