I had all these problems...so frustrating....well i wont get into all of it,because it's covered here and on other sites but the only way (as far as i know) to get an OPEN NAT is to have a public IP address.Without this your NAT will never be open.Mine was strict then i got the public IP address and not it's been open for over 2 years.I don't claim to know everything about routers and such but as far as i know this is the only way.To get a public IP address you have to call rogers and ask them and they will charge you 5 bucks extra a month!!! so retard!!! people who have WIRED internet in town don't have to pay for it,they already have it.When i asked rogers this they said "i don't know why,this is how it is" wow...unreal!!! rip us "country" folk off some more.
