It seems I cannot receive phone calls from Rogers phone. I have a Rogers cell phone and cannot call to my home. It says "You must dial 1 or 0 then followed area code......", then try dial 1 or 0 before the number, nothing happens.
There is no problems with other carriers. I can call to others even Rogers phone, just cannot receive from Roger phone.
