Unfortunately tracking your long distance minutes on a home phone service is not a trackable option yet on My Rogers.

I too found out (after I signed up for the package) that there is no way to assess your long distance usage. Honestly, there is no excuse for this... I hate to say it but I don't wonder if it is by design... making it easy to go over your limit and be charged for it (no small charge either).

A number of the people I work with are getting rid of their land lines and going with just their cell, with the ever increasing expense of my home phone and lack of options it is a thought. Aside from the long distance issue, the answering service has fewer options than the one I had 15 years ago (with another company that shall remain nameless).

My home phone charge just went up again, so I hope Rogers considers improving the service.
