Hey folks Does the monthly usage amount (ie. 60GB/month, etc) start fresh on the first of each month? Or is it a date within the month, for example the date your service started, or whatever. Thanks in advance.
Twelve hours after your suggested switch over (12:00 am) and the timer has not reset as yet. Makes using the internet pretty inconvenient if you are close to your limit and don't want to go over.
Rogers is known not to reset the timers on time. This is a Canada wide issue with Rogers. The accounts never get reset they way they are supposed to so this is why people go over. Rogers needs to fix this.
