What's wrong: Last week, my computer and iPhone stopped being able to download my emails from my website address. Both phone and internet are Rogers; website is hosted by HostPapa. As of Saturday, I can't access any domain related to HostPapa via Rogers.
What's right: I can access my webmail. I have confirmed that all of my email settings are correct. Tech help at Hostpapa thought perhaps my own IP address was blocked, but now reports that it isn't.
What's up? I think Rogers may be blocking HostPapa for some reason. How do I get this fixed?
