Issues With Upgrading and Paying My Internet Bill

Hello, recently I have been having two issues regarding my internet that I cannot seem to find a solution for.

The Simpler of the two is the upgrading problem I'm having, I wanted to upgrade my internet from the Express package up to the Extreme Plus but for some reason it isn't updating my "My Rogers" page. I followed all of the steps; clicked "Change Internet Package", picked Extreme Plus (it also confirmed that my router was compatible with the upgrade when I selected it), Confirmed my order, and even got the email stated I have changed my internet plan but it stll says I am on the Express package. I have tried 3 times total, I have even waited for my bandwidth to reset for the month but nothing changes.

The second issues is my account balance which has seemed to only increase everytime I make a payment on my bill.  It ironicly began around the time I tried to upgrade my internet for the first time. Right now it says my account balance is 436$ when it should only be around 50$ for my internet.

I will happily give any additional information you may need to assist me.

Thanks in advance.

Something does sound out of wack.

Now, it could just be a browser issue.. but.. doesnt make sence with the cost almost adding UP.  Try using IE or FF to check it... a number of users have had issue with it with chrome.

Do you have any other rogers services other than internet? Are you sure you are paying the bill to the right account #?

All in all, your best bet in my opinion, would be to give billing a call on the phone.. they would be best to look on their end, and see what your actual account status is, if the internet plan HAS changed, and whats up with the billing issue.
