I got the Connected newsletter from Rogers and clicked on the Unsubscribe link on the bottom. http://www.rogersconnected.ca/Unsubscribe I only have wireless account so I entered the account number there. However the form validation kept saying to fill in all required form. The Rogers Cable/Hi-Speed Internet Account Number is empty as I do not have that service. The form does not submit.

Rogers, are your developers unable to fix the form validation code? or is this your way to force your customer to get your spam? http://www.rogersconnected.ca/Unsubscribe

I've had problems with that form too. In my case it claimed I wasn't a customer and then didn't do anything. An alternative method of opting out seems to be to log in to your Rogers account online, go to My Rogers Profile, then Update Marking Permissions, and then confusingly check all the boxes to opt out.

That said, I just did it myself, so I'm not sure it actually works.
