Download speeds frustrating..just want to rant..

Trying to download a file on a Rocket Hub and getting speeds between 415KB/s and 0. Graph looks like a profile of the Rocky Mountains.Peaks and valleys.And this is normal most of the time for large files.

 

I sometimes get so d.a.m.n.e.d frustrated want to be as slow in paying as they are in delivering .. make them call ME..and put THEM on hold for 10 minutes while I make a pot of coffee...

 

Price you pay for the peace , quiet and tranquility of rural living I guess..but OH I wish there was an alternative. I couldn't believe I connect to the internet in Brampton , ONT from Northern Alberta!!

 

The only 2 options I have are Telus , which is evn worse. Can hardly get cell phone reception unless I go outside , and WiFi but that needs a $4,000 tower...

 

Oh well , at least for the most part it seems to run reasonably well ... but gaming is a big NO NO for me.
