ok so i got rogers to set up a internet modem/router (same unit) it is an N gateway wirless home networking system. I cannot figure out how to put a password on the system and was wondering how. Also i am wondering how to get the best internet, i saw in a different thread to go to a different frequency or something? Can anyone tell me how to do that? thanks

If all else fails, you can give tech support a call.  When I got my SMC modem there was no documentation whatsoever, so I gave them a call before even plugging in the modem so I could set wireless security ASAP (I then called them back a few minutes later to set it to I could use my own router instead.)  It was a 5 minute call in both case and everything went smoothly.

Hi all i have a rogers ericsson hub and i have a password to secure it my main computer finds it and works fine as im on it now but i have a hp mini laptop brand new it see's the rogers wifi but when i go to connect and but in the password it says NETWORK SECURITY KEY MISMATCH ?
