I can't believe I'm actually saying this, but if you were working before and aren't now after just calling in an upgrade, you probably just need to reset everything. Reboot in this order, the cable modem and then wireless router.
If you didn't just call in an upgrade (like Express to Extreme), and actually changed a hardware setup in your house, you will need to give us more information on what changed.
