So bascially they've just summarized everything that's been said by the Rogers reps in this thread, despite everything being a huge pile of ****? I guess when 4.1 comes out, Rogers will bump the date back to July or further, citing the same reasoning as before..

Wow, talk about a complete load of BS. They have known about this like six months now, and this is what they come up with?
They're still actively marketing their "Speed Boost technology", though. Wonder how that will work? I think it's when everyone else in your area is throttled to death so they QoS you for an hour to the speed you're already paying for. Sigh.

How is this acceptable? I dont understand how they can go "we need three more months to fix this." I am welling to bet, with the info blizzard gave them it will take all of 1 day to set up ther throttling server. They already been doing for so long the government should step in say, fix it or remove the throttle unitl its fixed. if companys can get away with this whats next? What a joke, someone should be allowed to sue at this point after this bs response. Like besides wow, how many other payed and nonpayed even services are affected? ....so mad right now

They state in the letter that it is caused while using P2P at the same time as WoW. Thats not true. I don't use P2P at all, I have it disabled in my WoW downloader, and when I use a program such as Wowtunnels, I have 0 lag issues.
Looks like they got their diagnosis wrong. Hopefully they realise that and correct it properly, rather than fixing an issue that isn't the core problem.

ryan i have exactly 100% the problem described in the letter, if you notice my first post of last night in the previous page is 100% accurate to what the letter describes.
Perhaps what is happening there is also related somehow to your side?

Rogers employee made a reply about this on the DSLReports site:

Ok. So they "appear" to "believe" that there "may" be an "issue" with the shaping of WoW traffic. Great. 3 months to fix it. ********. Also just to be clear, it's not only the WoW and SC games that are having problems but also console games like MW2.
If Rogers would just say. "Hey, we implemented a patch to help us deal with all the P2P traffic and it seems to have had some unintended consequences. We're working on a fix that will address these issues however we are still in the testing phase and will keep you updated." Then I would be much more sympathetic.

So, is Rogers basically saying...
Yes there is a problem, but its not on our end. Its because people are using P2P while playing. Am I reading this right?
I never run any P2P at all, so how come I am experiencing it? How about the other games being affected by this? Are these gamers SoL?
Glad Im dumping Rogers, another 3 months of this is completely unacceptable.

You guys don't listen.
Users are experiencing issues WITHOUT p2p being active.
As for this mythical setting in wow, there is no such setting in the game itself. Theres a setting OUTSIDE the game, but that p2p is only active during patching and CANT affect the game as that turns off before you can even get into the game. It also can't affect the users right now because there is no current patch!!!!! Users aren't patching via p2p, and aren't running p2p products, and still being throttled!
Seriously, 9 months from you *** causing this problem to resolution is completly, 100% UNACCEPTABLE.
UFC 202 is the highly-anticipated rematch between two UFC superstars, as Nate Diaz looks to repeat his March win over Conor McGregor in the main event. At UFC 196, an exciting back-and-forth battle saw Ireland's McGregor race out to an early lead before Diaz roared back and finished the bout in the second round via rear naked choke. After the first loss of his UFC career, McGregor is hungry for redemption, while Diaz aims to close the book on his rivalry with "The Notorious" one.
