Flextab

Quick question; my Flextab says $0 but when I check the upgrade eligibility, the early upgrade fee is over $300?  Confused btw the two. Can someone please shed some light on this?

Because there are people on both systems.. the flextab, and the old contracts.. they sort of need a few things in place.

The ECF, i beleive is based solely on the amount of time you have left, say if you were still on a contract.  But if you were on the flextab, and it has been fully paid off, you SHOULD be ok.

 

Give them a call, they should be able to confirm everything.
