Erin,

I think it would be best to allow the signatures for Rogers employees only. To be honest, some posters have identified themselves as RogersFred or some such thing when in fact they are not an employee of Rogers at all. So I think it is important that real Rogers employees are identified. As for anyone else posting I could care less and it only makes things confusing when you see some of the signatures that people have created.

your issue is non existant,  real rogers employees who work for the social media team, have the Rogers mobius logo next to their name, the others are volunteers and not paid but have identified themselfs, they have no affiliation with this website either, they should be as recognized as everyone else including me.

Hi Hooter,

Thanks for the suggestion.

Rogers employees are identifed in three ways; As a community manager, moderator or with an employee signature.

If you're wondering who is a Rogers employee helping out, you'll see their signature in the community reading: "I am a Rogers employee, but my comments are my own and do not necessarily represent the views of Rogers or its affiliates. Je suis un(e) employé(e) de Rogers mais mes commentaires sont les miens et ne reflètent pas nécessairement le point de vue de Rogers ou d’une société de son groupe."

Active contributors have the option to have fun with a customized signature, like Chris, here.

I hope this helps, have a great holiday!

Is there an edit post functionality in the forum that I cannot find? It's frustrating to me that after I post and re-read that I find typing errors I cannot then fix.. In most forums I frequent there is an edit post button so that I change some minor things I might have missed on first scan. Thanks.

I believe that immediately after posting, you can click on the options button if you wish to edit your post. Unfortunately, it does seem to remain there. Also, in addition to Patr1's suggestion, there should also be the ability to remove one of your own posts.
