I've been on this forum for the last couple of weeks. It's obviously hosted by Rogers but I rarely see Rogers Admin's intervene to answer questions by users of this community.
Not sure why Rogers would set up a community and not provide assistance to those who seek it through this method. It seems as the vast majority of users have attempted to get our problems resolved through "tranditional" methods like calling Rogers directly, but questions still remain. My example is here: http://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/forums/forumt
Rogers, why create this community if as an organization you are not answering the questions that the community poses?
Am I wrong on this???

Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback. This community is offered by Rogers, as you mentioned. It's a peer-to-peer community so users usually answer each other's questions. We do have moderators who try to help out in cases where the community doesn't provide an answer.
to like a post or a fellow member of the community. 11-15-2011 01:14 AM

'Community Feedback' actually this is a forum for us to judge the service of the moderator, and for them to troubleshoot issues we have.
They do a poor job in my opinion.
