Ever since the March storm the 3G network has been very intermittent. Rogers has not explained the issue to any of its customers, no apologies, no updates , no nothing. I am a Rogers dealer in the downtown core. And I am sick of telling people to downgrade their services to 2G.
Can I please get an answer?
Thanks!!!
A happy Rogers customer but a frustrated Rogers dealer.

I would also like to know whats going on.
I actually thought it was my new iphone 4 acting up. I could not dial calls, could not access data, and even at a point my phone told me there was no service. The network for the past month have been very inconsistent and frustrating. but today even in downtown calgary, I couldn't make a call
i found another area where people were complaining of this as well:
it would be nice if rogers put something on their website to advise customers.
