I would seem Rogers community forum doesn't support IE 9 yet.
If you cannot select text or edit with your mouse and you use IE 9 try this,
Pull down the "Tools" menu
Select "Compatibility view settings"
Add in "rogers.com" to the list
Select "close"
Try again!
Hope this helps - drove me crazy for a few weeks

Hi everyone,
Thanks for flagging this issue. There should no longer be a problem when making posts using IE9, FF4 or Chrome 11.
We have a final update happening Thursday morning to address this issue.
If anyone is still experiencing issues be sure to let us know!

Adding the domain to the compatibility view sites also fixed my problems at the Rogers text messaging portal (http://websms.rogers.page.ca/2way/).
