I been trying since the 11th of March 2012 to change my number as I moved and there giving me a error message as I even called Customer Service agent to help me and they get a error message.I was told that it takes 72 hours and now we are the 24th of March 2012 and still not able to.During that time,someone from the back office that fixes these things called me at 7am one morning and said they need to see the error themselfs,they made it worse.I think its time I call and ask to speak with the head office and someone as I am sick of this mess

When you call the call center the only high person at the call center is either the Manager or a Supervisior. They can not transfer your call to head office nor do they have someone there to speak to from head office. IT sucks but that is how it works. Head office deals with different things. You can mail the office of the president Rogers but you need to go threw a few steps in order to even get access to do that.
Try going to a Rogers plus store & see if they can do it there. I went to the Rogers plus store near my work & they are able to do it at the store.
I can understand your sickness & all of Rogers. Believe me i can. If you like call Rogers & Speak to retentions. Tell them what is going on & how you want to leave cuz of it. I am sure they are able to help you. BTW retentions is the cancellation department. I am sure someone in the call center can get threw & do it. Maybe something is wrong with your account in which no one can fix. No one knows.

This is the crazy message I get even after a month of trying to change my number as I moved as I keep getting this as a error
