Blackberry Desktop Manager Media Sync will not recognize my iTunes playlists. I have tried restoring my computer to factory and reinstalling everything, I've tried copying my iTunes playlist info to my desktop and importing the playlists and have tried wiping the Blackberry (a Bold 9700) back to factory... nothing works.
All my songs appear in the listings but not the playlists. I really miss being able to plug my phone into the car and listen to the music I want when I'm out (and to listen to the kids playlists when they're in the car). Any suggestions? I have tried Rogers tech support and got nowhere.
