Data usage

just spoke to a Rogers representative and found out that the data usage doesn't update every 4 hours as stated on your website (or when i log-in to My Rogers Account), in fact, she told me that updates for data usage can be delayed by as much as 24-72 hours, is this actually true? if this is true isn't this a bit unreliable on Rogers part with not being able to provide updated services for their customers?

Rogers unreliable?  No....... :smileywink:

 

Unfortunately all of these technologies like texting and caller ID are "extras" because of the huge strain the place on the network.  I suppose this data usage statistic is just as difficult to update :smileywink:

Then it should not state on the Rogers website that the data is updated every 4 hours. If people rely on this data in order to avoid extra charges, then they are being mislead by Rogers!:smileymad:

usually powercycling your smartphone updates the cdr records to contain the most up to date data usage details, try doing this if you really want to find out to the t
