just spoke to a Rogers representative and found out that the data usage doesn't update every 4 hours as stated on your website (or when i log-in to My Rogers Account), in fact, she told me that updates for data usage can be delayed by as much as 24-72 hours, is this actually true? if this is true isn't this a bit unreliable on Rogers part with not being able to provide updated services for their customers?

Unfortunately all of these technologies like texting and caller ID are "extras" because of the huge strain the place on the network. I suppose this data usage statistic is just as difficult to update ![]()

Then it should not state on the Rogers website that the data is updated every 4 hours. If people rely on this data in order to avoid extra charges, then they are being mislead by Rogers!![]()
