$40 student plan allows free WiFi calling. In the legal disclaimer it says: "Includes unlimited local calls when connected in Canada to a wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi): (a) outgoing to numbers local to your phone number (regardless of Wi-Fi location in Canada); and/or (b) incoming received from anywhere"
My question is, why have they used "and/or"? Is it "And" or is it "Or". I need clarification. thanks.

Wi-Fi calling enables customer to make and receive unlimited local or Canada wide voice calls (depending on the Wi-Fi Calling add-on you subscribe to) anywhere you have Wi-Fi access.
Local Wi-Fi calls are defined as follows:
1. Outgoing calls to number local to your phone area code (regardless of Wi-Fi location in Canada) are free when they are made over Wi-Fi.
A. For example, Lisa has a Toronto number and is in Vancouver and calls a Toronto number - the call would be free over Wi-Fi.
B. However, when Lisa has a Toronto number and is in Vancouver and calls a Vancouver number the call will be charged LD when it is made over Wi-Fi.
2. Incoming calls received from anywhere over Wi-Fi (regardless of Wi-Fi location in Canada) are free.
