I bought a White Bold 9780 in April 2011, about two months ago my phone screen just went black. It turns on and everthing works but the screen is black. It has only been a little over a year since I've had this phone, I wanted to know if I can get a brand new phone without paying for it, since its only been a year. How does the warranty work ??

The Warranty ended on April 2012. You have 1 year warranty with the phone. IF you call Rogers up & tell them that your phone is having this issue & such & ask them to see what phones they have on the out of warranty program. They have a few blackberries & other type of phones in there but you might have to pay for them..

Your other option is going to a cellphone shop & have them look at it & give you a price to fix it. IT might not cost a lot to fix it anyways.

Also another option would be buying a used Torch 9810 or whatever phone you want threw Kijiji or Craigslist.
