I should have read the whole thread. I found mine under products and services too after I couldn't find it under overview--took like another 10 minutes. They must have moved it.

Yeah, I also found mine under PRODUCTS & SERVICES.  They moved the link from Personalize my phone.  

Rogers really hides everything.. UGH.

You need to also click on Products and Services in the tabs and then you will find it.  It is on the left hand side.

does it take time for the rebate button to show on your account? Got the new phone today and I don't see anything under "Personalize my phone"

I had a hard time finding the $50 rebate, but finally after reading up online I found it. Go to My rogers, then click Products and Services, under the phone that is eligible click on Rebate, it will take you to another page with your account info. all you do then is click send and WOW so easy,lol.
