How to unlock my Roger's iPhone 4?

Hello,

 

My uncle live in Canada and he make me a gift iPhone 4, but he's locked to Rogers. I live in Europe and now this iPhone is useless, please tell me how can I unlock my iPhone 4?

The only way is either jailbreaking it or do this

other then that you can not unlock it. Apple is very strict with that.

Already bought GEVEY SIM but do not work right, when I unlock SIM and show me this: http://www.blogsdna.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/iPhone-Different-SIM-Detected-on-Emergency-Mode.j...

 

Just lock the menu.

 

I don't what is the problem?

Did you connect it to itunes?

Rogers will not unlock it UNLESS he bought the phone outright from them and he is also near the end of his contract.
