Hello,
Just tried video messaging between two iPhone 4s and didn't have any success.
Has anyone else tried this yet?
Both phones have the MMS function enabled in Settings > Messages.
Just wondering if I need to contact Rogers regarding this functionality.
Cheers

you need to have MMS enabled on your account.
Do you know if you have this option?

Thanks for the reply.
Yep, it should be enabled on both phones by Rogers.
Unlimited with my wife's phone and pay per use with mine (on the old iPhone value pack).
Interesting, we just noticed that it has started working a few minutes ago.
However, all the messages I sent went through all at once a couple of hours later.
Hopefully it has 'fixed itself' but we'll keep trying to see if delivery is more prompt.
I'm not sure we'll use this function much since e-mail can handle all the same stuff and with push it is just as fast (much faster currently).
Cheers

Hi, I don't work for Apple / Rogers.
I assume you are talking about FaceTime? (Video calling between two iPhone 4's over WiFi)
Here's a couple things to check:
- send a MMS message to each other [SMS message with a picture / video]
--> is there lag here? if so, call Rogers Tech. Support and ask them to refresh your carrier settings / device info across the wireless network
--> Turn off iPhone 4, turn on iPhone 4
- Check FaceTime is activated: iPhone 4 > Home > Settings > Phone > FaceTime
--> What does it say under FaceTime?
--> Toggle On / Off
--> iPhone should read "Your phone number will be shared with people you call with FaceTime"

I find sometimes the MMS doesn't always work on the phone. If you find this is happening I would restart you network settins.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
(It should delete or remove anything on your phone - but if you want to be safe make sure you back up your phone)
