All iPhones are locked until connected to iTunes on your computer via the USB cable provided.

First ensure your active SIM card is inserted in the iPhone, then plug it into iTunes and follow the activation prompts.

The process usually takes several minutes to complete.

Does this work if you've gotten an iphone from someone else that was previously on the Rogers network, or would I need to call and have it activated?

@PrincessSam

Please call Rogers at 1-888-ROGERS1 (764-3771) to ensure your iPhone is activated.

Thanks
