One thing I have found is that the thread starter's instructions didn't work for me, but they lead me in the right direction.

Here are the steps I took:

1. My Rogers
2. Products and Services
3. The option will be provided below the other options for the phone which was upgraded (Read User Guide, Get help with my phone, etc)

It may work either way for some, but if the instructions in the main post fail, just try my steps. The site has an awful layout, so it takes some scavenging to find the right path to the options you want. Good luck.

It should be on the left hand side of the page above (I believe) the red button "Device Registration"

I couldn't find it in Personalize My Phone but found that under Plan Details.  Click on the Redeem Rebate on the right.

You don't need to send in the paper rebate. I have two and did one already online and now one more to do..But finding where to do it was rediculous. The area in which it is has nothing to do with rebates lol.
