You might want to reset the network settings. This should help with the iPad getting the connection again. How To Reset Network Settings
If you are having issue with connecting your iPad on Wi-Fi network or other network provider, and now you want to reset the network settings, here's how:
1. Go to the Home Screen.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Tap on General.
4. Tap on Reset.
5. Now select Reset Network Settings.
Your network settings should go back to the original setting.
