To be fair, I don't think Rogers is the only one responsable for the ICS update availability for the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Samsung hasn't released the ICS update for any Galaxy Tab 10.1 yet.
I don't think we know that for sure. Samsungs press release basically made it sound like it was made available to the Carriers for devices they listed, which included the Tab. It's possible it's rolling out to the Carriers device by device... they didn't provide the most specific details, but it's always been the Carriers, historically, that delay updates the most.

It bothers me that that the suits at Rogers are happy in knowing that their customers anxiously log into Kies once (or more) a day hoping to find an update. You'd think they could issue a statement saying.." don't expect anything on Kies till mid June" or something along those lines.. I'm sure they get a chuckle out of that. GGrrrrrr!!!!

Seriously I just want the update for my Galaxy tab 10.1. I pay plenty of money every month so I can use it while I am commutting. I have a one year contract on my data plan if Rogers is expecting me to keep the data plan once the contract expire they need to get it ICS quick.

My situation is similar. I also have a one-year contract with Rogers and if the update doesn't come before the end of June, there's absolutely no chance of me renewing my data plan. Even if I decided to keep a data plan, I will get one from one of their competitors. My patience has ran out
