Is anyone else having problems receiving their tablet after signing up with Rogers? We signed up Nov 27 2011 and have yet to receive it ...we are being told by Promotions that we did not sign up in eligle period but other Rogers tells us we are entitled to it ...it has been a constant battle between promtions and customer service.....is that their plan...get you signed up then rip you off??? I will cancel all our business with Rogers (cell phones, tv , internet) and go elsewhere....I filed a complaint to with BBB today ....maybe that will help but probably not

I am, i signed up Dec 23 and this is what they sent me: Your submission has been reviewed and we are unable to validate that you have met all criteria to participate for this offer. Our records indicate that your Digital TV and Internet services have not been confirmed as installed within the promotional period. For further details, please check back with your original sales representative, who will review your account with you. If you make changes to your account, which allow you to qualify for this offer, please contact the Rogers Promotions Centre with your updated information and we will request a review of your submission at that time. Please allow 5 business days for this review to be completed and for your status to be updated and available for review on our status lookup website at https://www.rogerspromotions.com/tabletoffer/. The Rogers Promotions Call Centre can be reached by dialing 1-866-821-4553.
so they called me and told me that my submission is being looked at again... three weeks later i called and asked if i could get a tracking number and they said that it still hasn't been reviewed and that i have to wait another 5 days till they review it which will be tomorrow and so I'm going to be calling tomorrow to see whats going on even though they don't have an answer and can't pass me along to anyone that does!!

Same thing for me.  I just checked on the page where you can check your status and it says the tablet is expected to ship tomorrow but my submission still hasn't been validated.  I'll let you know tomorrow if anything changes.

exact same thing for us.... all we are told is it will be reviewed dragging it out another 5-10 days...plus they wont tell you how they came to the conclusion that you did not qualify or how they cannot confirm the services were not installed when they sure bill you fast enough...I had it yesterday and filed a complaint with the BBB. Not sure if that will do anything but I will not let them get away with it ...if it doesnt I will pull all our business and they better not try charging me for breaking a contract when they cant honour their word

Hmm when i spoke to a few Rogers reps & a few others they seemed to told me that you needed to pick the right plan & all.. This seems really weird & i am wondering if ANY one got a tablet. This is why i never open 1 or 2 new lines unless i need too.

My status has changed on the promotions site to "valid".  It says a shipping date will show up in the next 7-10 days.  In the fine print there was a way to expidite the process with a credit card number, no thanks.

Why would they want a credit card :/ no need for one. I would suggest calling Rogers & asking a Manager what is going on. They should never ask for one UNLESS you are paying for it. Maybe its for the I.D to show its you? But i really doubt it.. Fishy much..

I didn't mean to infer they "asked" for a card, I meant the fine print on the offer at the opening page of Rogers.com.  It said that you could have "expedited shipping" if a credit card was given.  Probably as a back up in case you back out of the deal they could charge the card. Sorry for the confusion.
