Is anyone else having problems receiving their tablet after signing up with Rogers? We signed up Nov 27 2011 and have yet to receive it ...we are being told by Promotions that we did not sign up in eligle period but other Rogers tells us we are entitled to it ...it has been a constant battle between promtions and customer service.....is that their plan...get you signed up then rip you off??? I will cancel all our business with Rogers (cell phones, tv , internet) and go elsewhere....I filed a complaint to with BBB today ....maybe that will help but probably not
Same thing for me. I just checked on the page where you can check your status and it says the tablet is expected to ship tomorrow but my submission still hasn't been validated. I'll let you know tomorrow if anything changes.
exact same thing for us.... all we are told is it will be reviewed dragging it out another 5-10 days...plus they wont tell you how they came to the conclusion that you did not qualify or how they cannot confirm the services were not installed when they sure bill you fast enough...I had it yesterday and filed a complaint with the BBB. Not sure if that will do anything but I will not let them get away with it ...if it doesnt I will pull all our business and they better not try charging me for breaking a contract when they cant honour their word
My status has changed on the promotions site to "valid". It says a shipping date will show up in the next 7-10 days. In the fine print there was a way to expidite the process with a credit card number, no thanks.
I didn't mean to infer they "asked" for a card, I meant the fine print on the offer at the opening page of Rogers.com. It said that you could have "expedited shipping" if a credit card was given. Probably as a back up in case you back out of the deal they could charge the card. Sorry for the confusion.
